How to read a parcel
Unmarked lines are context, − lines are removed, + lines are added. Match the current document to the context before choosing the next parcel. From dispatch3 onward, a local note changed after the parcels were written: allow one context mismatch while preserving that note. The obsolete correction changes a protected note; leave it undelivered.
